This creamy sautéed vegetable sauce blends bell pepper, curry, and cream cheese for a smooth, flavorful dip or side that’s ready in minutes.

H2 – Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ red bell peppers, roughly chopped
- ½ onion, roughly chopped
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ block (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste

H2 – Instructions
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic with bay leaves for 2–3 minutes, stirring.
3️⃣ Remove from heat and discard the bay leaves.
4️⃣ Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend a few seconds.
5️⃣ Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
