Ingredients

  • 6 oz (180 g) mini chocolate eggs (e.g. Cadbury Mini Eggs)
  • 1 x 14 oz (397 g) can condensed milk
  • 1 lb (500 g) white chocolate, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8 in (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the eggs: Roughly crush half of the chocolate eggs using a rolling pin or spoon.
  3. Melt the base: In a saucepan, combine condensed milk and white chocolate over low-medium heat. Stir constantly until melted, thick, and smooth. The mixture should peel away from the sides when stirred.
  4. Add the eggs: Turn off heat and fold in the crushed chocolate eggs.
  5. Set the fudge: Pour into the prepared pan and smooth evenly. Press remaining eggs into the top.
  6. Chill & serve: Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until firm, then cut into 64 bite-size squares.
  7. Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
